Allergens

The EU law states that as a food manufacturer, we need to state if the 14 most common allergens are used in our product. these allergens are:

  • Tree nuts

  • Cereals containing gluten

  • Soya

  • Celery and Celeriac

  • Mustard

  • Lupin

  • Sulphur dioxide and Sulphites

  • Eggs

  • Milk

  • Fish

  • Crustaceans

  • Molluscs

  • Sesame seeds

  • Peanuts

There are other allergens that we are not legally required to list. If you have an allergy you should always check the ingredients for any mention of that allergen.


Our Allergens

Our Products include a range of allergens. here is a list of the allergens we include and what products they are in:

Milk: KetoGenesis Standard & Premium; GlycoGenesis Standard, Premium

Cereals containing gluten: KetoGenesis Premium (Banoffee only); GlycoGenesis Standard, Premium & Vegan.

Soya: KetoGenesis Standard (<0.5%), Premium (<0.5%) & Vegan; GlycoGenesis Standard (<0.5%), Premium (<0.5%) & Vegan

All our products are mixed in the same facility and so all our products may contain trace amounts of all other allergens. If you have an extreme allergy to any allergens we advise that you do not use any of our products, including our Hypoallergenic range.
